企业上市政策合集

（一）三亚市政策

1.对上市公司的增发、配股、发债、并购重组项目，按到位资金比例给予最高100万奖励;

2.三亚企业境内上市奖励1500万，境外上市奖励 1000万，新三板挂牌奖励150万，在区域性股权交易中心挂牌奖励30万;

3.上市公司迁入三亚市的一次性奖励1500万;

4.中介服务机构协助三亚市引进上市资源，一次性奖励100万;

（二）园区政策

1.企业挂牌融资资金奖励。对满足认定条件的企业，在享受三亚市政策的同时，按融资金额的1%给予一次性奖励，最高不超过50万元;

2.企业返程投资资金奖励。对满足认定条件的境内主体返程投资三亚崖州湾科技城项目，按投资额的5%给予一次性奖励，最高不超过500万元;

Corperate Listing policies

01 Policies of Sanya Municipality

● Listed companies additional stock issue,allotment of shares, bond issuance, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring projects will be given a reward amounting to a certain percentage of the actual capital contributed and capped at RMB 1 million;

● Sanya companies will be rewarded RMB 15 million for domestic listing,10 million for overseas listing, 1.5 million for listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations, and 300,000 for listing in a regional equity exchange;

● A one-off reward of RMB 15 million will be given to listed companies relocating to Sanya Municipality;

● Intermediary agencies that assist Sanya Municipality in introducing corporate listing-related resources will be given a one-off reward of RMB 1 million;

02 Policies of YZBSTC

● Reward for listing and financing. Eligible enterprises, on top of preferential policies of Sanya Municipality, will be given a one-off reward worth 1% of the financing amount, with the reward capped at RMB 500,000;

● Reward for the round-trip investment.

Eligible domestic entities which have made round-trip investment in SYBSTC are entitled to a one-off reward amounting to 5% of their investment, with the reward capped at RMB 5 million
