（一）海南省/自贸港政策

1.允许境外理工农医大学及职业院校在海南独立办学、建设海南国际教育创新岛;

2.优先支持企业境外上市。企业境外上市外汇登记直接到银行办理;

3.立足自由贸易港建设实际制定法规;

4.每引进一所中学（办学规模1200人以上）、一所小学（办学规模800人以上）省级财政各奖励 500万，一所幼儿园（360个学位），省级财政奖励300万。市、区财按省奖补资金比例再予以配套;

5.对列入国家知识产权教育试点、示范的学校，分别给予15万元、20万元经费支持;对列入省知识产权教育试点、示范的学校，分别给予10万元、15万元奖励;

01 Policies of Hainan Province/Fress Trade Port

● Overseas science, engineering, agricultural and medical universities and vocational colleges are allowed to independently run schools in Hainan and contribute to the development of Hainan International Education Innovation Island;

● Priority is given to supporting enterprises overseas listing. The foreign exchange registration of overseas-listed enterprises can be handled directly by banks;

● Laws and regulations should be formulated based on the actual construction situation of the free trade port;

● The introduction of a secondary school (school size exceeding 1,200), a primary school (school size exceeding 800) and a kindergarten (able to accommodate 360 children) will be rewarded RMB 5 million, 5 million and 3 million from provincial government funding respectively, and the municipal and district government will each additionally give them a certain proportion of the provincial level reward;

● Schools listed as National IPR Education Pilot and Model will receive financial support of RMB 150,000 and 200,000 respectively, and those listed as Provincial IPR Education Pilot and Model will receive financial support；
